Looking for a way to spruce up your summer table? Check out this easy DIY for creating a totally sweet pineapple vase!
Materials
• Pineapples
• Knife
• Cutting Board
• Tape
• Vase
• Ice Cream Scoop
• Bowl or Cup
Directions
1. About an inch or two below the stem, cut a circle around the rim of the pineapple and remove the top.
2. Using the ice cream scoop, hollow out the pineapple, being careful not to poke a hole through the skin. Make sure the hole is deep enough to accommodate the vase.
3. To ensure your flowers will stay in place, tape a grid on the mouth of the vase. Make sure to cover the outside edge to keep the grid in place. Fill the vase with water, place the bouquet inside, and arrange as desired.
4. You now have a festive and fun centerpiece perfect for your next soirée. Enjoy!
