Today a couple came into the store who were here visiting on a spontaneous birthday weekend. The husband surprised his wife with a long weekend in Charleston to get away from home for a few days to celebrate, relax and explore a new city. As we took them around the store and learned about their trip, we discovered that they had never been into one of our retail locations before. We explained our company philosophy and the wife (Julie) loved our concept and wanted to make herself a set to remind her of her time in Charleston.
I helped build her a stack of her own and made sure to include the Pineapple Bangle to represent South Carolina! In addition she also decided on one of our Crystal Infusion necklaces and picked up a few graduation and birthday gifts for their nieces back home. Julie loved her experience and can’t wait to keep building her collection in the future!
